What to Do If the Purchased Item Remains in "Status Clarification" or "Trade Stuck" for More Than 10 Minutes?
This means that the site cannot verify the status of the trade offer due to issues on the seller's side or with Steam. Usually, this happens when the seller has turned off the MarketApp application or is experiencing problems with their Steam Access Token.
In this case, the buyer needs to wait for the trade to be processed. The seller should do the following:
1. If the seller is selling items via API – they should link their Steam Access Token according to the instructions.
2. If the seller is selling items through the MarketApp application – ensure that the account status is set to Online. In this case, the application will automatically fix the issue within 5-20 minutes.
If the seller does not fulfill these conditions, the stock trade will be considered unsuccessful after 48 hours. The buyer will receive the funds back to their balance for this item
